Summer Season April 15 through October 14 First Floor and Verandah Maximum Capacity - 125 people		Fees: $300 per hour 6 - 8 hour minimum $500 security deposit (refundable)
Winter Season October 15 through April 14 First Floor and Verandah Maximum Capacity - 100 people		Fees: $200 per hour 6 hour minimum $500 security deposit (refundable)
includes changing room, public parking, use of grounds, tables and chairs. No additional costs. Insurance required
WEEKDAYS    Maximum Capacity - 20 dining room, 50 parlor
During Business Hours		Fees: $45 per hour $250 security deposit (refundable)
After 5:00 p.m. Monday - Thursday Friday		Fees: $100 for 2 hour minimum/$50 hour $400 for 4 hour minimum/$100 hour $250 security deposit (refundable)
Rental Hours must include caterer's set up and clean up time.
